Pligg requires a modern version of PHP and MySQL and some PHP functions. To test if your server is capable of running Pligg please view the Troubleshooter. If any elements appear in red on that page you may have a problem with either installing or running Pligg.

Menginstal Pligg CMS cukup mudah berikut langkah-langkahnya :

Membuat MySQL database berikut nama database, username, password melalui Cpanel di MySQL Database wizard atau fitur MySQL database di hosting anda.

Ubah nama file

• /language/lang_english.conf.default ke lang_english.conf. Instruksi yang sama apabila kamu mau menggunakan bahasa yang lain yang terdapat di /languages directory.
• settings.php.default ke settings.php
• /languages/lang_english.conf.default ke lang_english.conf
• /libs/dbconnect.php.default ke dbconnect.php

Upload semua file ke server hosting kamu dengan menggunakan FTP.

CHMOD 755 ke semua folder, jika terjadi error coba ke 777.

• /admin/backup/
• /avatars/groups_uploaded/
• /avatars/user_uploaded/
• /cache/
• /cache/admin_c/
• /cache/templates_c/
• /languages/ (dan semua file yang terdapat didalamnya harus CHMOD 777)

CHMOD 666 ke beberapa file

• /libs/dbconnect.php
• settings.php

Buka /install/index.php di browser kamu.

• Pilih Bahasa yang akan kamu gunakan.
• Isi semua form mengenai nama database, username, password, hostname, and table prefix.
• Membuat akun admin.
• Pastikan tidak keluar pesan error.

Hapus folder /install.

CHMOD 644 libs/dbconnect.php

Buka /index.php

Masuk ke akun admin dengan mengikuti beberapa perintah saat proses instalasi

Masuk ke panel admin untuk membaca perkenalan Pligg CMS

Terakhir konfigurasi Pligg kamu sesuai selera. Selamat Mencoba!
